All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days from original order date.
Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges and replacement items are based on current inventory.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size you will need to send or bring the items back to the boutique. Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend messaging us or emailing to put the size you need on hold. You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message. If the item is not available you will be issued store credit.
Boutique cash may be purchased in store. Boutique cash is non-refundable.
